Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tikuv-trikotaj korxonalarida raqobatbardoshlik darajasini oshirishda strategik
menejmentning tutgan o‘rni va amaliy ahamiyati chuqur tahlil etiladi. Bugungi kunda yengil sanoat sohasida, xususan,
tikuv-trikotaj tarmog‘ida jahon bozoridagi keskin raqobat sharoitida barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlash, eksport salohiyatini
oshirish hamda ichki bozor talablariga mos mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarish korxonalarning boshqaruv tizimiga yangicha
yondashuvlarni joriy etishni taqozo etmoqda. Strategik menejment bu borada samarali vosita sifatida korxonaning uzoq
muddatli maqsadlariga erishish, tashqi va ichki omillarni chuqur tahlil qilish, innovatsion resurslardan oqilona foydalanish
imkonini beradi. Maqolada strategik menejmentning asosiy elementlari - tashqi muhit tahlili, ichki salohiyatni baholash,
strategik rejalashtirish va monitoring mexanizmlarining tikuv-trikotaj sanoatidagi real holatga tatbiq etilishi misollar asosida
ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
