Abstract

Dunyo miqyosidagi tashkilotlarning faqat moliyaviy foyda ortidan quvish davri allaqachon ortda qoldi. Bugungi
kunda tabiiy resurslarni asrash va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish hayotning barcha jabhalarida tobora muhim ahamiyat
kasb etmoqda. Ekologik, ijtimoiy hamda iqtisodiy tizimdagi nomutanosiblikni bartaraf etish zarurati esa siyosatshunoslar,
tadqiqotchilar va akademik doiralar tomonidan chuqur anglab yetilgan. Shu bois, barqaror rivojlanishga erishishning
yangi yo‘llarini aniqlash maqsadida jahonda doimiy ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda. Atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish,
iqlim o‘zgarishining salbiy ta’sirlarini kamaytirish, qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalarini rivojlantirish, yashil hududlar
maydonini oshirish hamda barqaror rivojlanishga qaratilgan boshqa tashabbuslarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash maqsadida
ko‘rsatiladigan moliyaviy yordam “yashil moliya” deb yuritiladi. Ushbu maqolada yashil moliyaning asosiy tarkibiy
qismlaridan biri — yashil obligatsiyalar atroflicha tahlil qilinadi
