Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bugungi kunda yurtimiz tijorat banklari faoliyatida personal salohiyatni oshirishning bank
xizmatlari sifatiga va samaradorligiga tizimli ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda xodimlarning malaka darajasi, kasbiy ko‘nikmalari
va rivojlanish strategiyalarining bank mijozlari ehtiyojlarini qondirish, xizmat ko‘rsatish tezligi hamda ishonchliligini
oshirishdagi o‘rni chuqur o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida tijorat banklari uchun kadrlar siyosatini takomillashtirish, strategik
resurs sifatida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va xizmat sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar va takliflar berilgan.
