Raqamli transformatsiya davom etishi bilan startap ekotizimida yashil startaplarning samaradorligini baholash
bo‘yicha yangi yondashuvlar yuzaga kelmoqda. Bu holat texnologiya vositalari orqali shakllangan ramkalarni vujudga
keltirib, ma’lumotlarni talqin qilishni o‘zgartirdi va an’anaviy baholash usullarini chegaraladi. Ushbu tadqiqot, ekologik
startaplar tomonidan olingan samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlarini tahlil qilishda regressiya – AHP modelini alternativ yondashuv
sifatida o‘rganish uchun, raqamli analitik vositalarning korxona va sektoral darajada qanchalik samarali ishlashini baholaydi.
Shuningdek, yangi iqtisodiyotlarda yashil startaplarning barqarorlikka yo‘naltirilgan raqobatbarkashligini rag‘batlantirish
maqsadida algoritmik qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarini ham o‘rganishga intiladi. Biz O‘zbekistonning Innotechno parkida
raqamli vositalarni qo‘llash bo‘yicha empirik tadqiqot o‘tkazdik. Bu orqali texnologik tayyorgarlik, ekologik yo‘nalishlilik,
operatsion hajm hamda startaplarning real ish faoliyat ko‘rsatkichlari orasidagi bog‘liqliklarni aniqladik. Ko‘p bosqichli
regressiya tahlili yordamida tushuntiruvchi dispersiya baholandi, har bir raqamli vositaning strategik moslik, ekologik
ta’sir va innovatsion salohiyat bilan bog‘liq ulushi o‘rganildi. Shundan so‘ng, har bir unitet darajasida optimallashtirilgan
kiritmalar foiziga asoslanib, umumiy samaradorlik balli hisoblandi. Nazariy jihatdan kutilgan baholash ko‘rsatkichlari
orasidagi munosabatlar tahlili natijasida barcha oldindan taxmin qilingan o‘zaro munosabatlar statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli
emasligi aniqlanib qoldi. Startap kategoriyalari taqqoslanganida, raqamli vositalarni faollik bilan qabul qilgan korxonalar
innovatsion salohiyat va ekologik muvofiqlik bo‘yicha yuqori ballarga ega ekanligi va resurslardan foydalanishda ko‘proq
moslashuvchan amaliyotlarni joriy etgani aniqlangan. Natijada, ushbu tadqiqot yashil startaplar kontekstida texnologiya
asosidagi baholash va barqarorlikka moslikni tushunishni yanada chuqurlashtiradi. Bundan tashqari, AHP metodologiyasi
orqali manfaatdor tomonlarning fikrlari asosida gibrid qaror qabul qilish modelining siyosat shakllanishiga ta’siri ham
baholanadi.
