Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy taʼlimda xizmat sifatini baholash va marketing strategiyalarini o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtirish
zaruriyati nazariy va amaliy asosda tahlil qilingan. Xizmat ko‘rsatish indikatorlari, raqamli vositalar, foydalanuvchiga
yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvlar hamda strategik kommunikatsiya asosida konseptual model ishlab chiqildi. Integratsiyalashgan
yondashuv sifatni oshirish, foydalanuvchi ishonchini mustahkamlash va ta’lim muassasasining raqobatbardoshligini
kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi
