Ushbu maqolada “yashil iqtisodiyot”ning mazmun-mohiyati yoritilib, unga xos bo‘lgan "yashil investitsiyalar",
"yashil innovatsiyalar", "yashil tadbirkor", "yashil marketing", "yashil tarif" kabi tayanch atamalarga batafsil izoh berilgan.
“Yashil” iqtisodiyotning organik tuzilishi – “ekologik iqtisodiyot”, “atrof-muhit iqtisodiyoti” va “bioiqtisodiyot” tushunchalaridan
iborat ekani ilmiy asoslangan. Shuningdek, iqtisodiyotning tarmoq va sohalariga taalluqli bo‘lgan “yashil energetika”, “yashil
transport”, “yashil sanoat”, “yashil suv xo‘jaligi” va “yashil qishloq xo‘jaligi”ning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
Iqtisodiyotni “yashil” transformatsiya qilish bo‘yicha tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish yuzasidan taklif va
tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
