Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston va xalqaro tajribada ommaviy tadbirlar (festivallar, konsertlar, sport
musobaqalari, xalqaro ko‘rgazmalar va boshqalar) orqali turistlarni jalb etish usullari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda ommaviy
tadbirlarning turizmga ta’siri iqtisodiy manfaat, turistlar oqimi va brend imidjini kuchaytirish nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqotda zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar sharhi va solishtirma tahlil metodlari qo‘llanilgan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, yirik festivallar
va sport musobaqalari turistlar oqimini sezilarli oshiradi hamda mahalliy iqtisodiyotga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, biroq ularni
tashkil etish katta resurs va tashkiliy tayyorgarlikni talab etadi. Shu bilan birga, an’anaviy madaniy festivallar va xalqaro
ko‘rgazmalar hududiy brendni mustahkamlashda muhim omil bo‘lib, yil davomida barqaror turist oqimini ta’minlashga
xizmat qiladi. Maqolada samarali tadbir menejmenti uchun tavsiyalar va bosqichma-bosqich tashkil etish jarayoni bloksxema
asosida yoritilgan.
