Ushbu maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida sifat va samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan muhim
omillar, mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy boshqaruv uslublari,
mijozlar ehtiyojini aniqlash va xizmatlar sifatini baholash mexanizmlari orqali xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligini oshirish
strategiyalari bayon etilgan. Maqolada ilg‘or tajribalar asosida taklif va tavsiyalar ham keltirilgan.
