Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklarida inson resurslarini boshqarishning ilg‘or usullari raqamlashtirish sharoitida
tahlil qilinadi. HR transformatsiyasining zaruriyati mijozlar talabining o‘zgarishi, yangi texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi,
talantlar uchun raqobatning kuchayishi va an’anaviy modellar samaradorligining pasayishi bilan izohlanadi. Biznesni
rivojlantirish banki misolida o‘tkazilgan tahlillar HR transformatsiyasi natijasida samaradorlik, xodimlar qoniqishi,
barqarorlik va malaka rivoji sezilarli darajada oshganini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari bank sektorida HR transformatsiyasi
strategik zaruratga aylanganini va uning uzoq muddatli raqobatbardoshlikka bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishini asoslab beradi
