Abstract

Ushbu maqola korporativ boshqaruvda axborot almashinuvining innovatsion jarayonlarga taʼsirini tahlil qiladi.
Tadqiqotda aksiyadorlar, menejment va xodimlar oʻrtasidagi aloqalarni mustahkamlash orqali kompaniyaning innovatsion
salohiyatini oshirishning zamonaviy modellari oʻrganiladi. Maqola raqamli platformalar va ochiq muloqot madaniyati kabi
amaliy vositalarning innovatsiyani ragʻbatlantirishdagi rolini yoritadi. Har bir tomonning (aksiyadorlar, menejment, xodimlar)
innovatsiya zanjiridagi ahamiyatiga alohida eʼtibor qaratiladi. Yakunda yaxshilangan axborot almashinuvi kompaniyaning
iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi ko‘rsatiladi
