Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida smart texnologiyalarni joriy etishning hozirgi holatini va
istiqbollarini tahlil qiladi. Raqamli tizimlar, mobil ilovalar, sun’iy intellekt va Internet of Things (IoT) kabi texnologiyalarni
turizm sohasida qo‘llashning samaradorligi va istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari haqida so‘z boradi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonda turizm
sanoatining raqamlashtirish jarayoni, shu jumladan mehmonxona xizmatlari, transport tizimlari va sayohat platformalarida
smart texnologiyalarni qo‘llash tajribalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, kelajakda bu texnologiyalarni yanada rivojlantirish
uchun taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
