Ushbu maqolada mintaqalar transport tizimini kompleks rivojlantirishning ilmiy-uslubiy asoslari tadqiq
etilgan. Unda mintaqaviy iqtisodiyot, transport iqtisodiyoti, logistika va strategik boshqaruv nazariyalari asosida
Oʻzbekistonning transport salohiyati tahlil qilingan. SWOT-tahlil orqali mamlakat transport tizimining kuchli va zaif jihatlari,
istiqbolli imkoniyatlari va xavf-xatarlari aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar asosida transport infratuzilmasini takomillashtirishga
qaratilgan ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
