Abstract

This article examines the role of international organizations in attracting investment in human capital and
their contribution to sustainable economic growth and social development. It provides an analytical overview of the
strategies employed by institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, UNDP, UNESCO, ILO, and ADB to enhance education,
healthcare, social protection, and labor market inclusion. Special attention is given to Uzbekistan’s cooperation with these
organizations in the framework of its National Development Strategy–2030
