Ushbu maqolada xizmatlar sektorida mijozlar ehtiyojlarini samarali qondirish jarayonida raqamli
innovatsiyalarning o‘rni ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. CRM tizimlari, onlayn platformalar va mobil ilovalarning xizmatlarni
individuallashtirishdagi mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilib, mijoz kutgan xizmat sifati bilan real natijalar o‘rtasidagi tafovutni
kamaytirishda raqamli texnologiyalarning ustuvor jihatlari ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, data-driven yondashuv asosida
raqamli xizmatlar bozorida iste’molchilar xulq-atvorini tahlil qilish va unga mos boshqaruv modelini ishlab chiqish taklif
etilgan.
