Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida biznes muhitining tez o‘sishi bilan bir qatorda, ish bosimi, raqobat,
mehnat unumdorligi talablari ham ortib bormoqda. Shu jarayonda ko‘plab xodimlarda emosional charchash (burnout)
holatlari kuzatilmoqda. Burnout – bu ruhiy, jismoniy va hissiy charchash bilan kechadigan sindrom bo‘lib, u xodimning
ishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini pasaytiradi, sog‘lig‘iga salbiy ta’sir qiladi va tashkilot samaradorligini kamaytiradi. Afsuski,
O‘zbekistonda bu muammo hali yetarli darajada ilmiy o‘rganilmagan, ko‘plab kompaniyalarda xodimlar salomatligi va
ruhiy farovonligi korporativ strategiyaning tarkibiy qismi sifatida qaralmaydi. Shuning uchun ushbu tadqiqot burnoutning
oldini olish mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqish zaruratidan kelib chiqadi
