Maqolada raqamli marketing strategiyalarining korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi o‘rni, ularning
iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri hamda zamonaviy biznes muhitida tutgan strategik mavqei chuqur tahlil qilingan. Raqamli
texnologiyalar asosida shakllanayotgan marketing vositalari — SEO, SMM, e-mail marketing, kontent-marketing, analitik
platformalar va CRM tizimlarining qo‘llanilishi korxonaning rentabelligi, brend tan olinishi, mijoz sodiqligi va bozor ulushini
oshirishdagi asosiy drayver sifatida baholangan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston korxonalarida raqamli marketingni joriy etish
tajribasi, ularning infratuzilma, kadrlar salohiyati hamda moliyaviy imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinib, mavjud muammolar aniqlangan.
Ayniqsa, “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi doirasida raqamli ekotizimni rivojlantirishning marketing boshqaruviga
ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, tadqiqot natijalari asosida korxonalar uchun raqamli marketingni optimallashtirish,
KPI va ROI ko‘rsatkichlari asosida samaradorlikni baholash, sun’iy intellektga asoslangan tahlil tizimlarini joriy etish,
shaxsiylashtirilgan reklama kampaniyalarini tashkil etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
