Mazkur maqolada Namangan viloyati misolida hududiy xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida menejment
samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonining iqtisodiy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda
xizmatlar sektori mintaqaviy yalpi ichki mahsulotda yetakchi o‘ringa chiqib, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish korxonalarning
boshqaruv tizimini tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda. Tadqiqotda menejment samaradorligini oshirishning asosiy omillari sifatida
raqamli platformalar, ma’lumotlar tahlili (data analytics), sun’iy intellekt asosidagi qaror qabul qilish tizimlari va mijozlar
bilan o‘zaro aloqalarning avtomatlashtirilgan shakllari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Namangan viloyati tumanlarida faoliyat yuritayotgan
xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari misolida raqamli transformatsiya natijasida ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarining kamayishi, xizmat
sifati va tezkorligi oshishi, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligining kuchayishi empirik ma’lumotlar asosida isbotlanadi.
Tadqiqot yakunida raqamli menejment modelining konseptual asoslari ishlab chiqilib, mintaqaviy xizmatlar sohasida
raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida innovatsion rivojlanishning yangi yo‘nalishlari belgilab beriladi.
