Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ish joylarini shakllantirishda ayollar rahbarligining o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Ayollar ishtirokidagi tashkilotlarda innovatsion salohiyat, mehnat unumdorligi va ijtimoiy inklyuzivlik darajasi yuqoriligi xorijiy kompaniyalar misolida asoslab berilgan. McKinsey, Catalyst, Google, Unilever, Equinor kabi kompaniyalar tajribasi orqali ayollar yetakchiligining iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri ko‘rsatilgan.
