Abstract

Oliy ta’limda loyiha asosidagi ta’lim metodologiyalari joriy etilmoqda va ayniqsa talabalar faol ishtiroki
hamda mustaqil o‘qitilishini rag‘batlantirishga e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Maqolada motivatsiyaning turli pedagogik sharoitlarda
qanday mexanizmlar orqali shakllanishi va o‘zini namoyon etishi masalasi ilmiy tarzda tahlil qilinishi lozimligi ta’kidlangan.
Ma’lumki, bu borada turli akademik yo‘nalishlarda motivatsion mexanizmlar to‘g‘risidagi tushunchalar hanuz cheklangan.
Maqolaning maqsadi — loyiha asosidagi ta’lim muhitida talabalar motivatsiyasining dinamikasini tushuntirish hamda faol
o‘qitish muhiti yaratuvchi instruksional dizayn orqali ushbu motivatsiyani qanday rag‘batlantirish mumkinligini aniqlashdan
iborat. Motivatsion ko‘rsatkichlarning strukturalangan loyiha topshiriqlari mavjudligi bilan bog‘liqligini baholash uchun
akademik natijalar 2021–2023-yillarda o‘tkazilgan uchta akademik semestr ma’lumotlari asosida regressiya tahlili
yordamida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda har bir kurs va talaba bo‘yicha toifaviy hamda uzluksiz o‘zgaruvchilar bo‘yicha umumiy
statistikalar qo‘llanilgan. Statistik tahlillar natijasida aniqlanishicha, topshiriq murakkabligini o‘zgartirish motivatsiya
darajasiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatgan. Shuningdek, talabalar motivatsiyasiga tengdoshlar bilan hamkorlik va o‘qituvchining
fikr-mulohazalari (feedback) ham muhim ta’sir ko‘rsatgan. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ishlab chiqilgan baholash
ramkasi nozik motivatsion naqshlarni aniqlashda ishonchli vositadir. Bu esa talaba markazli faoliyatlarning o‘quv
natijalariga ta’sirini yanada chuqurroq tahlil qilish imkonini beradi.
