Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonning norasmiy bandlik sektorida mehnat qilayotgan shaxslarning pensiya
ta’minoti bilan bog‘liq mavjud muammolar, ularni hal etish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilgan islohotlar hamda xorij tajribasi asosida
ishlab chiqilgan takliflar o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot davomida statistik tahlil, taqqoslash, huquqiy normalarni solishtirish va tizimli
yondashuv metodologiyalari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, norasmiy sektor ulushi yuqori bo‘lgan sharoitda pensiya
jamg‘armasi barqarorligiga bosim kuchayadi, pensiya oluvchilar soni ortadi, biroq jamg‘armaga tushumlar kamayadi.
Shu sababli ixtiyoriy jamg‘arib boriladigan pensiya tizimini rag‘batlantirish, soliqqa tortish mexanizmlarini yumshatish,
korporativ pensiya dasturlarini joriy etish hamda mehnat munosabatlarini raqamlashtirish zarur
