Abstract

The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of ecological enterprises and their
institutional role in ensuring sustainable development within modern economic systems. The study analyzes the evolution
of the “green enterprise” concept and its alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the green
economy framework. Moreover, the research highlights the essence of ecological enterprises as a multifaceted system
that integrates the principles of economic efficiency, environmental safety, and social responsibility
