Ushbu tadqiqotda kooperatsiya jarayonlarining iqtisodiy ahamiyati atroflicha tahlil qilinadi. Mavjud ilmiy
adabiyotlar asosida kooperatsiyani shakllantiruvchi omillarning ta’siri, ayniqsa o‘tish davridagi iqtisodiyotlar uchun xos
bo‘lgan norasmiy hamkorlik munosabatlarining o‘rni chuqur o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, norasmiy
kooperatsiyada ishtirok etish ehtimoli, odatda, daromadi nisbatan past, biroq yer maydoni keng bo‘lgan xo‘jaliklarda
yuqoriroq bo‘ladi. Bundan tashqari, ortiqcha xarajatlardan oqilona foydalanish, tajriba almashinuvi va birgalikdagi
faoliyatga ehtiyoj kabi omillar ushbu jarayonlarni yanada rag‘batlantiradi. Fermerlar orasida norasmiy kooperatsiyaga
bo‘lgan ehtiyojning yuqoriligi rasmiy kooperativlarda xizmatlar spektrini kengaytirish va tashkiliy jarayonlarni yanada
takomillashtirish zaruratini ko‘rsatadi
