Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoatida faoliyat yurituvchi kichik korxonalarning samaradorligini
oshirish omillarini aniqlashga qaratilgan bo‘lib, Cobb–Douglas ishlab chiqarish funksiyasi, umumiy omil samaradorligi (TFP),
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), EOQ logistik modeli va xarajatlar elastikligi kabi iqtisodiy-matematik yondashuvlar
qo‘llanildi. Empirik natijalar ishlab chiqarish omillarining elastikligi 0.80 darajada ekanini, texnologik modernizatsiya esa
TFPni 26 foizgacha oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, logistika va xomashyo xarajatlarining optimallashtirilishi umumiy
xarajatlarni 11–17 foizga qisqartirishi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari kichik korxonalar samaradorligini oshirishning asosiy
yo‘nalishlari sifatida texnologik yangilanish, raqamlashtirish, resurslarni tejamkor boshqarish, malaka oshirish va logistika
zanjirini optimallashtirishni taklif etadi.
