В статье рассматривается влияние объектов культурного и исторического наследия на формирование
туристических потоков и развитие экономики города. На примере Самарканда (Узбекистан) анализируются
процессы интеграции наследия в современную туристическую инфраструктуру, выявляются механизмы
роста экономической активности, инвестиционной привлекательности и устойчивого развития. Представлены
рекомендации по эффективному управлению объектами наследия с учетом экономических, социальных и
экологических факторов.
