Abstract

Maqolada HR-menedjment sifatining Farg‘ona viloyati tekstil sanoati korxonalarida mehnat unumdorligi va
iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’siri tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqot strategik inson resurslarini boshqarish va “yuqori samaradorlik ish tizimlari”
konsepsiyalariga, shuningdek O‘zbekiston tekstil tarmog‘iga oid GIZ, Uztextileprom, Jahon banki, Davlat statistika
qo‘mitasi ma’lumotlariga tayanadi.
