This article describes the role of corporate structures in the development of financial relations in the world.
Analysis of data on changes in global macroeconomic indicators and the number of corporate structures and the share of
their market capitalization in the world's GDP was carried out. On the basis of the results of the research, proposals and
recommendations have been developed on the effective establishment of corporate management of financial relations in
corporate structures.
