Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida strategik boshqaruvni takomillashtirish masalalari
ilg‘or xorijiy tajriba asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida Qozog‘iston, Hindiston, Rossiya, Buyuk Britaniya, Irlandiya,
Gonkong va Avstraliya oliy ta’lim tizimlarida strategik boshqaruvni tashkil etish amaliyoti o‘rganildi. Xususan, institutsional
va moliyaviy mustaqillik, strategik rejalashtirish, ilmiy tadqiqotlar va innovatsiyalarni rivojlantirish, sanoat bilan hamkorlik
hamda xalqaro integratsiya masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida xorijiy tajribani O‘zbekiston
oliy ta’lim tizimiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari baholandi hamda strategik boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan
amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
