Ushbu maqolada qurilish korxonalarini moliyalashtirishda korporativ qimmatli qog‘ozlardan foydalanishning
ilg‘or xorij tajribalari tahlil qilingan. Qurilish sohasining yuqori kapital sig‘imi, loyihalarning uzoq muddatliligi va moliyaviy
risklarning mavjudligi sharoitida an’anaviy bank kreditlariga muqobil moliyalashtirish manbalarining ahamiyati asoslab
berilgan. Rivojlangan mamlakatlar misolida qurilish korxonalari tomonidan aksiya va obligatsiyalar chiqarish orqali
investitsiya jalb qilish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tahlil natijasida korporativ qimmatli qog‘ozlar qurilish sohasida
moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlash, investitsiya faolligini oshirish hamda infratuzilmaviy loyihalarni amalga oshirishda
samarali instrument ekanligi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, xorij tajribasini milliy amaliyotga moslashtirish yo‘nalishlari bo‘yicha
xulosalar berilgan.
