Mazkur maqolada xalqaro loyihalarni boshqarish jarayonida raqamli integratsiya yetukligi modelini ishlab
chiqish hamda uning samaradorligini baholash metodologiyasi taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot global loyiha muhitida raqamli
platformalar, bulutli texnologiyalar va ma’lumotlar almashinuvi tizimlarining o‘zaro integratsiyalashuv darajasi loyiha
natijalariga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Nazariy asos sifatida loyiha boshqaruvi standartlari, xususan,
Project Management Institute metodologiyasi hamda International Project Management Association kompetensiya modeli
tahlil qilinadi.
Tadqiqotda tizimli yondashuv, ko‘p mezonli baholash, ekspert so‘rovlari va regressiya tahlili usullaridan foydalaniladi.
Raqamli integratsiya yetukligi besh bosqichli model asosida aniqlanib, texnologik infratuzilma, ma’lumotlar interoperabelligi,
kiberxavfsizlik, boshqaruv shaffofligi hamda manfaatdor tomonlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik ko‘rsatkichlari orqali o‘lchanadi.
Samaradorlikni baholash metodologiyasi loyiha muddati, xarajat samaradorligi, risklarni kamaytirish darajasi va
innovatsion natijalar bilan bog‘liq integral indeksni shakllantirishni nazarda tutadi.
Natijada taklif etilgan model xalqaro loyihalarda raqamli transformatsiya darajasini aniqlash, boshqaruv qarorlarini
optimallashtirish hamda barqaror rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqot global loyiha boshqaruvi
tizimini takomillashtirish uchun metodologik asos yaratad
