Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kadrlar boshqaruvi sohasidagi innovatsion yondashuvlarni nazariy tahlil va taqqoslama
metodlar asosida o‘rganib chiqilgan. Menejment maktablari evolyutsiyasini tizimli tahlil qilinib, ularni integratsiyalashgan
modelga birlashtiradi. Taklif etilgan integratsiyalashgan model zamonaviy tashkilotlarda raqamli transformatsiya, talant
menejmenti va strategik HR mexanizmlarini ierarxik tuzilishda aks ettiradi.
