Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklari xizmatlarini raqamlashtirishning iqtisodiy mohiyati hamda uning bank
faoliyati samaradorligiga ta’siri tadqiq etilgan. Zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalarning bank amaliyotiga joriy etilishi moliyaviy
xizmatlar ko‘rsatish mexanizmlarini tubdan o‘zgartirib, bank biznes modelining transformatsiyasiga olib kelayotgani ilmiy
jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida bank xizmatlarini raqamlashtirishning nazariy asoslari o‘rganilib, an’anaviy
va raqamli bank xizmatlarining iqtisodiy xususiyatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqotda tizimli tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil hamda iqtisodiy-statistik usullardan foydalanilgan. O‘zbekiston bank tizimi misolida
raqamli bank xizmatlarining rivojlanish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinib, raqamlashtirish jarayoni operatsion xarajatlarni
qisqartirish, xizmat ko‘rsatish tezligini oshirish va mijozlar qamrovini kengaytirish orqali bank faoliyati samaradorligiga
ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan
