The rapid development of the digital economy has transformed the global business environment and significantly
affected the labor market. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key driver of innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness
in various industries. This article examines the impact of AI on business operations, workforce dynamics, and skill
requirements. It highlights both opportunities, such as increased productivity and new business models, and challenges,
including job displacement, inequality, and the need for policy adaptation. The study concludes that the successful
integration of AI into the digital economy requires coordinated strategies from businesses, governments, and educational
institutions to ensure sustainable growth and equitable outcomes
