Mazkur maqolada Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida davlat fuqarolik xizmati imijini oshirishdagi dolzarb
muammolarni hal etish maqsadida xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda davlat xizmati imiji jamoatchilik
ishonchi, ma’muriy legitimlik va boshqaruv samaradorligi bilan uzviy bog‘liq ekani ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi. Avstraliya,
Isroil, Fransiya, Singapur, Germaniya, Yaponiya va Janubiy Koreya tajribasi asosida strategik rejalashtirish, inson
resurslarini boshqarish, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari, institutsional halollik va kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirish davlat xizmati
nufuzini mustahkamlashda muhim omil ekani ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, davlat xizmatida motivatsiya, rag‘batlantirish va
kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy xulosalar berilgan.
