Mazkur maqolada maishiy xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida sifat nazoratini takomillashtirish hamda uning tashkiliyiqtisodiy
mexanizmlarini rivojlantirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonining samaradorligini
oshirish, mijozlar ehtiyojlarini to‘liq qondirish va korxonalar raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirishda sifat nazoratining o‘rni tahlil
qilingan. Shuningdek, maishiy xizmatlar tizimida yuzaga kelayotgan asosiy muammolar, xususan kadrlar malakasining
yetarli emasligi, nazorat tizimining samarador emasligi, resurslarning cheklanganligi hamda mijoz talablarini noto‘g‘ri
tushunish kabi omillar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, xizmat sifatini oshirish uchun takomillashtirish yo‘llari
belgilangan hamda sohaning tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlari ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari maishiy xizmat ko‘rsatish
tizimining samaradorligini oshirish, aholining xizmatlardan qoniqish darajasini yaxshilash va sohaning iqtisodiyotdagi
ulushini kengaytirishga xizmat qiladi
