Mamlakatimizda oliy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish va uning investitsion jozibadorligini oshirishga qaratilgan
keng ko‘lamli islohotlar izchil amalga oshirilmoqda. Tadqiqotda oliy ta’lim tizimi qamrovining kengayishi, davlat va nodavlat
oliy ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatining rivojlanishi investitsiya muhitiga ta’siri nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek,
moliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiya qilish va davlat-xususiy sheriklikni rivojlantirish orqali oliy ta’lim tizimidagi
investitsion risklarni baholash tendensiyalari yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, risklarni samarali boshqarish va
