Ushbu maqolada xizmatlar sohasida iqtisodiy o‘sish va barqarorlikni ta’minlashda innovatsion hamda
institutsional omillarning roli tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiyotda xizmatlar sektori milliy iqtisodiy rivojlanishning muhim
tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, uning samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan innovatsion faoliyat va institutsional muhit sifatiga bog‘liqdir.
Tadqiqot davomida xizmatlar sektorida raqamli texnologiyalar, elektron savdo, moliyaviy texnologiyalar va IT xizmatlarining
rivojlanishi iqtisodiy o‘sishga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, tartibga solish sifati, biznes yuritish
sharoitlari va davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari sektor barqarorligini ta’minlovchi muhim institutsional
omillar sifatida baholandi. Tahlil natijalari innovatsiyalar xizmatlar sektorida o‘sishni tezlashtirsa, institutsional muhit ushbu
o‘sishning uzoq muddatli barqarorligini ta’minlashini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, innovatsion va institutsional omillarning o‘zaro
uyg‘unligi xizmatlar sohasining barqaror rivojlanishiga xizmat qilishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berildi.
