Maqolada investitsiyalarning kambag‘allikni qisqartirish samaradorligini hududiy shartlar va vositachi ta’sirlar asosida baholash metodologiyasi asoslangan. Qiyosiy-metodologik yondashuv orqali hududiy investitsion salohiyat va ijtimoiy zaiflik shartlovchi omillar, iqtisodiy faollik, bandlik va real daromad esa vositachi kanallar sifatida ajratilgan.
