Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo double-blind peer review — the author and reviewer do not know each other's identity.

Stages

1. Initial screening. The editorial office checks the manuscript's relevance to the journal's scope and compliance with formatting requirements (3–5 days).
2. Plagiarism check. The manuscript is checked for originality.
3. Review. At least two independent experts evaluate the manuscript (2–4 weeks).
4. Decision. The editorial board decides based on the reviews: accept, revise, or reject.
5. Publication. The accepted article is published with a DOI assigned.

Average review time — 1–3 weeks.
