Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston hududlari misolida raqamli transformatsiyaning institutsional omillari
va ularning hududiy iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda qonuniy-me’yoriy baza, e-hukumat rivojlanishi,
moliyaviy ta’minot mexanizmlari, inson kapitali va xususiy sektor hamkorligi kabi institutsional omillar tahlil qilingan. Panel
ma’lumotlarga asoslangan ekonometrik tahlil (2018–2023 yillar, 14 hudud, 154 kuzatuv) natijasida raqamli infratuzilma
indeksining (DII) hududiy yalpi ichki mahsulot o‘sishiga ta’siri koeffitsiyenti aniqlangan
