Abstract

Bug‘doy O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat xavfsizligining strategik mahsuloti hisoblanadi. FAO ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra,
2025-yil g‘alla hosili o‘rtachadan yuqori darajada — 8,9 million tonna deb baholangan [1]. Shunga qaramay, mamlakat
yillik talabning taxminan 22 foizini Qozog‘istondan import qilmoqda [2]. Maqolada sektordagi asosiy risklar — iqlim, suv
ta’minoti, tuproq sho‘rlanishi, narx beqarorligi, importga bog‘liqlik hamda agrobiotik xavflar — tizimli tahlil qilinib, ISO
31000 va COSO ERM asosida uch bosqichli risk-boshqaruv strategiyasi taklif etiladi. Tahlil Scopus manbalari, FAO
GIEWS, Jahon banki, USDA FAS hamda O‘zbekiston Statistika qo‘mitasi ma’lumotlariga tayanadi.
