Ushbu maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarini samarali rivojlantirishning zamonaviy tashkiliy-iqtisodiy
mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Xizmatlar sohasining milliy iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni hamda uning
iqtisodiy o‘sish va aholi bandligini ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, raqamlashtirish, innovatsion
boshqaruv, xizmatlar sifati va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish omillari asosida xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarini rivojlantirishning
ustuvor yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan
amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
