WAYS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the current issues of improving the quality of educational services in higher educational
institutions. The quality of education is an important factor in the competitiveness of the higher education system, the
demand for graduates in the labor market, and the formation of the intellectual potential of society. The study covers the
main factors affecting the quality of educational services, including the organization of the educational process based
on modern pedagogical technologies, increasing the professional competence of professors and teachers, digitizing the
educational process, and improving the system for assessing educational outcomes. The conclusions and proposals
presented in the article can be used as practical recommendations aimed at improving the quality of educational services
in higher educational institutions.
