Abstract

Ushbu maqolada uzoq muddatli aktivlar samaradorligini baholashda asosiy ko‘rsatkichlar
tizimi (KPI)ni shakllantirish metodologiyasi va monitoring mexanizmi o‘rganiladi. Neft-gaz sanoatida transport
xizmatlarini ko‘rsatuvchi “Sarbon-Neftegaz” aksiyadorlik jamiyati (134 ta avtomobil parki) misolida moliyaviy
va moliyaviy bo‘lmagan KPI ko‘rsatkichlari tizimini loyihalashtirish, ularni strategik boshqaruv hisobi bilan
uyg‘unlashtirish hamda real vaqt monitoring mexanizmini joriy etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada
Kaplan va Norton BSC konsepsiyasiga asoslangan to‘rtta strategik perspektiva bo‘yicha KPI matritsasi ishlab
chiqiladi va uning “Sarbon-Neftegaz” AJda tatbiq etilishining kutilayotgan samaradorligi baholanadi
