Mazkur maqolada ekologik globallashuv sharoitida sog‘lom turmush tarzini takomillashtirish
zarurati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda globallashuv, urbanizatsiya, atrof-muhit ifloslanishi, oziqlanish
odatlarining o‘zgarishi va jismoniy faollik darajasining pasayishi kabi omillarning inson salomatligiga ta’siri
o‘rganildi. Adabiyotlar tahlili, qiyosiy tahlil va tizimli yondashuv metodlari asosida ekologik omillar bilan
sog‘lom turmush tarzi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari urbanizatsiyaning jadallashuvi,
yuqori kaloriyali oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari iste’molining ortishi va jismoniy faollikning kamayishi yuqumli
bo‘lmagan kasalliklar xavfini oshirayotganligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, ekologik omillarning biologik moslashuv
mexanizmlariga ta’siri, yallig‘lanish bilan bog‘liq genlar ekspressiyasidagi o‘zgarishlar hamda menarxe yoshining
pasayish tendensiyasi tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar sog‘lom ovqatlanish madaniyatini rivojlantirish, jismoniy
faollikni rag‘batlantirish, ekologik xavfsiz muhit yaratish va ekologik madaniyatni yuksaltirish sog‘lom turmush
tarzini shakllantirishning muhim yo‘nalishlari ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot xulosalari ekologik globallashuvning
salbiy ta’sirlarini kamaytirish va aholi salomatligini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
