Abstract

Mazkur maqolada hududiy iqtisodiyotni modernizatsiya qilish va uning raqobatbardoshligini
oshirishda gastronomik turizmning strategik ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Gastronomiya sohasi nafaqat xizmat
ko‘rsatish tarmog‘i, balki hududning o‘ziga xos marketing brendi hamda tarmoqlararo iqtisodiy drayver sifatida
tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda gastronomik turizmning mahalliy ishlab chiqarish zanjiriga ta’siri, yangi ish o‘rinlarini
yaratish salohiyati hamda klasterli yondashuvning metodologik afzalliklari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, hududiy
jozibadorlikni barqaror rivojlantirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
