Mazkur tadqiqot maqolasida Samarqand viloyati qishloq hududlarida oilaviy mehmon uylari
(guest houses) va ekoturizm faoliyatini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari ish kuchi va kapital omillari doirasida ilmiy
jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi qishloq xo‘jaligi resurslarini turizm sektoriga samarali
yo‘naltirish orqali mahalliy aholi turmush darajasini yaxshilash mexanizmlarini aniqlashdan iborat. Maqolada
neoklassik iqtisodiy nazariyaning ishlab chiqarish funksiyasi, inson kapitali nazariyasi va institutsional iqtisodiyot
yondashuvlari asosida Samarqand qishloqlarining ekoturizm salohiyati baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni
ko‘rsatdiki, oilaviy mehmon uylari modeli qishloq xo‘jaligi bilan turizm o‘rtasida sinergetik bog‘lanishni yaratish,
mavsumiy ishsizlikni kamaytirish va mahalliy aholining tadbirkorlik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishda muhim
ahamiyatga ega. Shuningdek, infratuzilmaviy investitsiyalar va inson kapitalini rivojlantirish strategiyalari taklif
etilgan.
