Abstract

Ushbu maqolada InsurTech platformalari asosida sug‘urta xizmatlarini raqamli transformatsiya
qilish jarayonlari va ularning sug‘urta kompaniyalari moliyaviy samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda
sun’iy intellekt, Big Data, IoT va bulutli texnologiyalar asosida qurilgan raqamli platformalarning anderrayting,
da’volarni boshqarish va mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlaridagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Global
InsurTech bozorining 2020–2025-yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi statistik jihatdan baholangan hamda raqamli
transformatsiyaning operatsion xarajatlarni qisqartirish va bozor raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi roli asoslab
ko‘rsatilgan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozori uchun InsurTech texnologiyalarini keng joriy etishga
qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
