Ushbu ilmiy maqolada yashil investitsiyalar tushunchasining nazariy-uslubiy asoslari, uning
iqtisodiy mohiyati, evolyutsion rivojlanish bosqichlari hamda zamonaviy fanda shakllangan turli yondashuvlar
tizimli tahlil asosida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda xorijiy, Mustaqil Davlatlar Hamdo‘stligi (MDH) va mahalliy
olimlarning yashil investitsiyalar tushunchasiga bergan ta’riflari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan hamda ularning umumiy
va o‘ziga xos jihatlari aniqlangan. Maqola doirasida yashil investitsiyalarning ajralib turuvchi belgilari, tasnifi,
rivojlantirish tamoyillari va ularni tartibga soluvchi xalqaro standartlar hamda taksonomiyalar tizimli ravishda
yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, yashil investitsiyalar tushunchasi yagona universal ta’rifga ega emas,
biroq barcha yondashuvlarni umumlashtirish asosida muallif tomonidan yangi, kompleks ta’rif ishlab chiqilgan.
Shuningdek, mazkur nazariy asoslarni O‘zbekiston sharoitida amaliyotga tatbiq etishning institutsional va
metodologik istiqbollari belgilangan
