Ushbu maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari korporativ boshqaruv tizimiga raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishning
ilmiy-nazariy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida korporativ boshqaruvning samaradorligini
oshirish, shaffoflikni taʼminlash, aksiyadorlar bilan muloqotni mustahkamlash va strategik qarorlarni tezkor qabul qilish
imkoniyatlarini yaratish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Muallif axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari, sunʼiy intellekt, bulutli
tizimlar va “Big Data” platformalari asosida boshqaruv mexanizmlarini modernizatsiya qilishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlarini
asoslab beradi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida raqamli boshqaruv madaniyatini shakllantirishga
doir dolzarb taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan
