Axborot texnologiyalari (AT) zamonaviy jamiyat rivojlanishida markaziy rol o‘ynaydi, iqtisodiy o‘sishni
rag‘batlantirish, ta’lim va sog‘liqni saqlash tizimlarini takomillashtirish, shuningdek, hukumat xizmatlarini raqamlashtirish
orqali ijtimoiy tenglikni ta’minlaydi. Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonning “Uzinfocom” kompaniyasi misolida ATning jamiyat
rivojlanishidagi ta’sirini batafsil tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, Uzinfocom tomonidan amalga oshirilgan loyihalar,
masalan, IT Village, DC-UZ Data Center, MyID biometrik identifikatsiya tizimi, MyID Palm, Yugur.uz va UDOCS, mamlakatda
raqamli infratuzilmani rivojlantirishga katta hissa qo‘shgan bo‘lib, ular iqtisodiy o‘sishni 10 milliard AQSh dollarigacha
oshirish, 430 ming ish o‘rni yaratish va raqamli xizmatlar sonini 675 taga yetkazish potensialiga ega. Tadqiqotda ilmiy
maqolalar, rasmiy hisobotlar va statistik ma’lumotlar asosida ATning ijobiy va salbiy tomonlari muhokama qilinadi, shu
jumladan raqamli bo‘linish, gender tengsizlik, kiberxavfsizlik va madaniy gomogenizatsiya muammolari
